Students need a TD (tetanus/diphtheria) booster every ten
years.

*Hepatitis B and Varicella (Chicken Pox) shots are now required
for all Preschool, Kindergarten and 1st grade
students.
Shots required for school entry:
5 DTap (4 DTap if 4th dose after age 4 years)
4 Polio (3 Polio if 3rd dose after age 4 years)
2 MMR
3 Hepatitis B
1 Varicella
