Assessments & Screenings~
Physical assessments are
done by state certified registered nurses. This would include
KBH, Day Care and Kindergarten Physicals, or a well checkup for
children and adolescents. Vision, hearing, Denver developmental,
health history and exam are included in the assessment.
Appointments are required.
Screenings provided are:
blood pressure, blood sugar, hemoglobin, blood lead, vision, hearing,
tuberculosis screening and pregnancy testing.
