*Neodesha~1^st Monday of every month 1:30 - 5:00 p.m.
at the Health Department satellite clinic located at 425 Main Street.

*Fredonia~Every Monday 9:00 - 11:30 & 1:00 - 4:30 p.m.
(OPEN UNTIL 6:00 p.m. on the 2^nd Monday of the Month)

Blood Pressures, Glucose & Hemoglobin screenings are also available on these days by appointment only.

Blood Pressure Clinics:

*Buffalo~1^st Tuesday of every month 
11:30 - 12:30 p.m. at the Buffalo Senior Center

*Fredonia~Last Friday of every month
6:45 - 9:00 a.m. at the Fredonia Senior Center
